Usually have a good decent carvery meal here. At 12.45 no carvery as ran out of meat. Had ploughmens platter instead and to say it’s the worst we’ve ever had is no understatement. Had to ask for pork pie, no tomatoes and thick sliced bread that was stale. Extra chips appeared to have been fried about six times. Somewhere else next week as nearly £60 for 4 people is a disgrace.

Just been for carvery today. Very poor quality deffo gone down . Only choice of 2 meats yorkshire puds old and nearly cold. Stuffing cold and hard i think they are yesterdays!! Mash was nice carrots too. But roasties again not fresh and luke warm bearing the time 12.02 either been cook at crack of dawn or sundays left overs. For £12.99 not good value. And £2.50 for a cup of tea. Mmmm . But on good note strawberry cream scone best ive ever had.

Lots on offer here. From a Pavers shoe store to a large carvery restaurant. Plants and all things horticulture form the main part of the outlet. The sweets and gifts all seem a little on the pricey side. I managed to pick up some potatoes to plant.

A day visit, a large area with scenic gardens with lots to see a very busy cafe and different activities to keep everyone occupied. It was half term for the schoolchildren so perhaps busier than usual. Plenty of shops, a maze and lots of paths for getting exercise.

Went for a carvery one Saturday. Arrived at 2pm. Food is served until 4.30. We were told it had run out. Bad planning running out so early. Cafe area needs refurbishing. All looking very worn out

How can I not have known about this enormous Garden Centre with a huge Household goods area a 2 part superb cafe / restaurant ( including a carvery) and a separate dog friendly seating area. If you're looking for outdoor or indoor plants you can't find at your local garden centre, I'll bet you'll find it here. Furniture, seeds of every conceivable variety quality seed potatoes......the lot under one roof and massive parking area. WE will certainly be back even though we live in Selby. Add to it all...the prices are realistic. Great choices at the carvery and all fresh vegetables.

Bad customer service. Bought some large bags of compost waited ages in the cold and rain for 'assistance' but no-one came. My 60+ husband had to lug them into the car. Lazy inconsiderate customer service.

Use to be a great garden centre but not anymore as they have closed the aquatic section down. A garden centre with no aquatic section is pointless will not be going again.

It's a massive, well stocked garden centre. Lots of items from pets to outside furniture. A fabulous cafe/restaurant too. You can pick up some great out of season bargains too. Massive car park with plenty of disabled. It's a good few hours out.
